How Our Practice is Responsibly Reopening

The health and safety of both our team and patients is our top priority. To ensure this, we will we continue to exceed the requirements for sterilization and disinfection established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Dental Association (ADA). We have also implemented the following protocols:

  • Upon arrival for an appointment, patients are instructed to wait in their cars and call the office to let us know they are here. When their treatment room is ready, a member of our team will come outside and escort the patient into the office.
  • We will take each patient’s temperature with a touchless thermometer as well as administor a health questionnaire.
  • Level III surgical masks, N95 and kN95 surgical and small particulate masks will be utilized by our team.
  • Any necessary payments or transactions will take place in treatment rooms or one by one at the front desk to reduce the number of people in the waiting room at a time.

To allow for proper implementation of safety protocols and health screenings, we will be extending the length of time between appointments and therefore will have fewer appointments available each day. Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and notify you if an adjustment to your appointment time is needed.

Due to the high volume of calls we are receiving, our team may not get back to you right away. We ask that you please be patient with us and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about the additional measures we are taking, please contact our office and we would be happy to discuss them with you. We look forward to serving our patients again, and hope to see you soon!
